HOME SEARCH

We will cooperate with all members of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) to see homes for sale located exactly where you are looking. I will assist you in narrowing down your search criteria and help you identify not only where you are interested in living but what style, size, and layout for your family. School information and walkability can all be part of the criteria we use to provide valuable information prior to search for homes.

RESEARCH PRIOR TO SHOWING 

Before we go looking at any home, I will compare it to your list of non-negotiables and wants to make sure I use your home searching time wisely.

PUBLIC OPEN HOUSES

Open Houses are generally held on both Saturdays and Sundays especially in areas of high traffic. We could possibly be able to tour multiple homes in one day.

NEGOTIATING THE SALE

Once you are ready to make an offer, I will advise you on how to proceed and how the offer should be written so I has the best chance to get chosen. Once mutually accepted, I will see that offer and advocate on your behalf carefully through each stage of the transaction until we are successfully closed and recorded.

WRAPPING IT ALL UP
